SRL Serial high speed mixer is mainly used to mix,stir,dry and color for plastic material,rubber,pharmacy,dye,food and commodity industries.
This unit puts the hot mixer and cold mixer together making the mixed hot material enter into the cooling mixer atomatically and exhaust the left gas in the material in case the material agglomeration.

Our Advantages

500/1000 high speed hot and cold mixing unit is specially designed for PVC, plastic, rubber and modified material compounding. It integrates high-speed hot mixing and low-speed cold mixing into one automatic production system.

Equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation, the machine achieves stepless speed adjustment to adapt to different formulas. The unique dead-angle-free mixing structure ensures fully scattered powder and resin without agglomeration or paste material.

With fully sealed dust-proof design and automatic dust removal device, it realizes dust-free production and avoids material waste. The self-friction rapid heating system heats evenly without overheating, while the circulating water cooling system cools materials fast to prevent aging and caking.

All material contact parts adopt thickened stainless steel with anti-wear treatment. PLC intelligent automatic control realizes automatic feeding, mixing, temperature holding and discharging. Featuring stable operation, low noise, high efficiency and easy maintenance, this unit is the ideal supporting equipment for plastic and rubber production lines.
