Dual jacketed heavy guage vessels for both Heater (Mixing) & Cooling mixers with water circulation facility.

Chemical corrosion & Abrasion resistance, smooth & Mirror finished stainless steel heavy guage inner vessels with curved bottom, to ensure total material batch discharge from vessel.

Stainless Steel conical cooling ring with water circulation in cooler mixer, for additional & Effective cooling of material batch.

Specially designed stainless steel blades for homogenous mixing and effective cooling for heater mixer and cooler mixer respectively.

Aluminium light weight lids with necessary accessories for both mixers.

Options for Pneumatic / Electro Pneumatic / Manual openings for Aluminium Casted discharges valves of both mixers and lid for heater mixer.

Side slide, manual / Pneumatic Opening for cooler mixer lid.

Seals provided in bottom of both mixers.

Heavy duty graded caste bearing housings for both mixers.

Dual speed or single speed motor for heater mixer & Single speed motor coupled with reduction gear box for cooler mixer.

Exclusively designed pulleys and motor sliding attachment for tightening the belts.

Compact & Sturdy build.
