LHP Series plastic plate material. Sheet material production equipment has compact structure, excellent functions. Its screw stem and charging basket are designed specially and made of high-function alloy steel. The machine has advantages such as even plasticizing, steady extruding volume, high output, long service-life and so on, the cooling of the main machine and charging basket adopt air-cooling with fast exchanging mesh device which need not stop the machine to make machine run continuously, The cutting section adopts cut-to-length device to ensure the size of the shaped material correct. If producing sheet material, only adjust the auxiliary machine, adopt duplex wind up rolling and equipped with corresponding model control system. According to consumer's demand, the company can adopt frequency govern made in Japan to make the system safer and more reliable.

The production line is suitable for PP, PS, PE, ABS and other materials. If exchanging the machine model head, PVC, PMMA and PC plate material can also be processed, If adding a drying device, PET sheet material is also able to be processed.
